Some of the Photoshop design level is slightly too advanced for me but still a very good resource.

  • May 5, 2009 at 5:07 am |

The magic swirl tutorial isn’t a stunning tutorial in my opinion. The effect itself has become a bit overused lately.

  • May 7, 2009 at 12:08 am |

Some fantastic tutorials there. I know a previous commenter says the swirl tutorial has been overdone, and maybe it has in some circles, but I still find it impressive and am staggered at how easy it actually is to do!

I’ve been working on a few backgrounds recently and finding it difficult (not being the most artistic of people) so will be looking to include a few swirls!

  • May 7, 2009 at 4:07 am |

    Nice list.
Dont know if it’s just me, but the list is a bit messed up in my Firefox? Can hardly see the sample images.

  • May 12, 2009 at 10:59 pm |

Wow. It’s amazing at the skill people have in making graphics. Unfortunately the tutorials are a waste on myself. I struggle to match the colors in a simple wordpress template.

  • May 28, 2009 at 5:08 am |

I have just grow through Hair article. Know i will apply that one on my girl friend hair.
Why you use flash for all tutorial images link. Hair Drawing tutorial doesn't have flash movie. you simply use image as a link.
Does this some trick or any reason.

Some of those are fantastic, I especially love the blending one and the bubbles one (I’m a massive fan of bubbles). I want to get working with Photoshop to help add graphics to my site but I’m a total amateur and I don’t know if I could ever get the hang of it to this extent.

The Photoshop tutorials are a very useful thing to master this complex program can be. In any case, it will take a long time dominated the program to ensure diversity.

    November 26, 2011 at 6:10 am |

Being a closet Photoshop enthusiast and a photographer in a former life, I find these tutorials absolutely remarkable! I would’ve said “stunning,” however that would have been redundant.
Some people have a gift for visual magic and Photoshop allows for this gift to be – ahem – illustrated. Oh wait, that’s another program.
These offerings are humbling for me to view and also provide an inspiration.
Thank you for allowing us to witness these.
